A four-story professional office building in Cherry Hill, South Jersey housed 40 separate tenants ranging from medical practices to law firms to tech startups. The property management company was struggling with a patchwork of lock-and-key systems — each tenant had their own keys, visitors were buzzed in manually by a front desk attendant, and after-hours access was poorly controlled. They needed a unified, modern access control solution.
NTC designed and installed a cloud-based access control system with 12 controlled doors, keycard readers at every entry point, a visitor management station in the lobby, and mobile app-based remote unlocking. The system allows property management to control who has access to which doors, at what times, and from any web browser or smartphone.
